I have darvocet pills with a 5113v they are four years old I was wondering if they are safe to take ## No, I'm sorry, but Darvocet isn't considered safe to take at all, anymore. All medications containing Propoxyphene and its relatives have been removed from the market in the U.S., Canada and most other countries, because they were found to cause dangerous cardiac risks. I tried to tell her that it doesn't work that way but I am not sure. Maybe one every two hours? Help! ## That is correct, taking them in that manner doesn't work and one should never adjust the dosing schedule, without their doctor's approval. I Have 2 types of darvocet one with a v 5113 on it and another with 93-490 on it I really would like to know which us better or stronger or what can be the diffrence in these two pills can anyone help me out?? ## Both of the pills in question are one in the same drug.
