I have this pill. I'm not reading it upside down. It has no manufacturer marks. It just has the letters or numbers 4847 and that's all. ## What pill shape oval size and the inprint of 4847 what are they and what are they called ## Hello Doug, Unfortunately after extensive research nothing comes up for a pill with the imprint 4847. I know that you said you weren't reading it upside down but just in case I found a white oblong pill imprinted with L484 that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mgs) which is a store brand or generic Extra Strength Tylenol. I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. white, oblong, and 4847 numbered ## I think you are looking at the tablet upside down and the imprint is actually L484, which contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a store brand or generic for Extra Strength Tylenol.
