I found 2 tiny white pills in a plastic pill carry sack that is blank on one side and scored on other side, along with a check mark or V underneath the score and the number 4171 above it. ## Hello, Dee! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, formerly Vintage, hence the V logo, and they list it as containing 50mgs of Meperidine, which is an opiate analgesic. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...
