363 White Hydrocodone 10 500

i usually take lortab 10/500 and they are pink, this time i got the same prescription, but the pills are white, scored and imprinted M363, my question: is this the same medication and will it have the same effect? i'm leary of taking something different than i'm used to taking ## Since the COLOR has nothing to do, whatsoever, with the ingredients of the pill, I have removed the erroneous post. M 363 is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs. The colors mean NOTHING. They are entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. ## white oblong pill with IP 144 on it ## white round pill 5 mm diameter, with MP 63 on on side , blank on the other. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Lortab. This is a narcotic analgesic. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, constipation, nausea and dry mouth. ## I found a pill that has m363 but it's more of a boxier skinny oblong pill instead of flat like a normal m363 ? It has the line cut but Idk if it's really it.

Which pill is stronger? M363 or m362? BC the both contain the same amount of hydrocodone but one has 160mg of acetaminophen?
