I use to be on generic Lortab. 7.5 and my doctor switch the medicine to Norco 7.5 (V 36 05). I still don't get any relief. I looked it up and its the same med as the Lortab. Something seems shady, is he trying to trick me. ## First of all, your doctor has no control over which tablet your pharmacy has in stock and fills your prescription with. I had orange 36 05 pills (SB 7.5 hydrocodone / 325 acetaminophen). I noticed that they passed (in stool) almost intact. Numbers 36Z or 38Z. the other side has what looks like face w/ oval eyes and a nose. ## Hi Anthony, The closest match I could locate on a white round pill has the imprint Z 66 as opposed to 36Z or 38Z. I'm wondering if you perhaps misread the marking, unless this is a different pill altogether? The Z sits on top of the number 66 and is separated by a horizontal score line. Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen.
