I was prescribed hydrocodone apap 10-325 (yellow pill with 10 36 on it) for back pain. However, I have severe allergies with a bad cough and i noticed that after taking this pill for a few days, my allergies symptoms were greatly improved. My cough was gone. Nothing else has ever helped my allergies. Is this possible?

I refilled my prescription and received some yellow 10/325 vicodin. I normally take my dose and feel so much better, but the ones I just got make me so so sick. I vomit and feel hungover. I am concerned these are a bad batch or something I need them for my pain but am so scared to take these particular ones again. How can I tell if they are fake and/or bad? This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day

I am prescribed Norco 10 mg and I get the V 3601 yellow ones from time to time...so they are hydocodone 10mg and acetaminophen 325 mg not percocet which contain oxycodone ## Hello, Nic! How are you? Hi: I have been taking 36 01 v generic norco by Qualitest for a couple years now, due to a long list of pain issues. Since the Fed Law has been changed and I can no longer get refills on my prescription, I was also informed by my pharmacy they no longer carry the yellow 36 01 v and wanted to give me ip110. I finally found a pharmacy that had 70 of the yellow and gave me 20 of the white ip110. I find the white ip110 does not work well at all. I felt them a little faster but they are not as string and wear off very quickly, unless I double up on it. Why have all pharmacies stopped carrying the yellow 36 01 v? Also is there a difference with hydrocordone Bitartrate? I took white ones a few years ago (1 a day though was 3x's a day) and it gave me heart palpitations. So of course I'm...

Trying to verify oblong yellow with a V on one side and 3601 on the other. ## V 3601 is actually a generic Vicodin, containing Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Percocet contains Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. 2 different narcotic pain relievers, both containing Acetaminophen. ## Abe is correct, this tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
