It only has 277 on it, not L277 like the others listed. Its round and peach.. This tablet is manufactured by Merck & Company and they list it as being a 100mg Januvia tablet, which is used to help treat diabetes. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, anxiety, blurred vision, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?
