If so, it contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. If this is correct, he pill you are referring to is called Trazodone 50mg. what appears on each side of pill, numbers and letters ## Since this would be a generic for OxyIR, there are many of them on the market and I cannot possibly list them all. Some markings are: A 187 A 214 A 215 A 5 Cor 224 Cor 225 Cor 226 ETH 445 ETH 446 ETH 461 ETH 462 and this is, by no means, a comprehensive list! Found an all black capsule with the imprint 18-789 on it in my son's room but I can't find out anything about it. ## This isn't listed in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked, so it's most likely an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I have legitimate pain and my medical condition is bad. I ran out of my rx early and so went againt my better judgement and obtained medication from a source that I DONT TRUST. They have blurred my vision and made me sleepy. I know they are not percocet 15s even though the imprint says so.
