I need to know what these pills are. they are round, Blue with an R on one side and 160 on the other side. I have found pictures of similar pills on the net but they have 130 rather than 160. Is it possible that it is something purchased over the internet? Physician asst. gave me this for a constant dripping of my nose. I asked for an antibiotic. I took one (it was a large white one with a slice indent in it In two hours I vomited it up. ## Hello, Elaine! How are you? a orange/brownish colored pill with hhh on one side and 03 on the other side. its oval shapped about 1inch ## Is the marking on the other side possibly CG? Can you please double check and post back? If so, Novartis Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 160mgs of Valsartan, sold under the brand name Diovan. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. Use your brain, instead of your Ba@@s! ## Roxicodone can look different depending on who has manufactured it, especially since they are available as generics. If you can post back with the markings from the tablet in question, I will gladly look it up for you and see what it contains. my doctor has told me to take two of the sulfamethoxazole-tmp twice a day, and I'm really feeling sick since I've taken the second one, is this not an awful high dosage to be taken. ## The dose of Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim largely depends on the type of infection you have and how severe it is. However, these pills you have marked "IP 272" are regarded as "double-strength tablets". For most infections, I found that the dosing schedule was one double strength tablet (800mg/160mg) every 12 hours for roughly 7-10 days; so if you feel like you're taking too much, I would suggest contacting your doctor about this concern.
