The pill is small, orange and could be either an oval shape or a lond 6 sides pill and white on the inside. On one side the numbers are 5123, on the other side there are 3 lines that are kinda wavy then the number 10. ## The pill in description marked 10 5123 has been identified as Effient 10 mg; which is used along with aspirin to prevent serious or life-threatening problems with the heart and blood vessels in people who have had a heart attack or severe chest pain and have been treated with angioplasty (procedure to open the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart). My toddler found an orange/brown oval pill marked 271 in a toy we had been given second-hand. I've been searching my meds and I haven't cone across anything about the pills being orange But mine are? ## Is this a prescription from the U.S. or Canada? The U.S. 100mg Sertraline tablet, manufactured by Apotex is oval, it is described as yellow, but is a dark color, which many people perceive as orange and has the markings SER 100, divided by a score line on one side and APO on the opposite side. Please help I found a half a pill in my husbands jeans it looks like half a circle or maybe even a small oval. I have a pill here that is pinkish and is stamped with a black label that looks like a backwards G 500 on one side. No other marks. What is it? What's the difference between Norco 10 325 mg & 7.5-325 mg ## Hello, Howard! How are you? Well, the dosage is different, just like you've listed. One contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains only 7.5mgs of it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
