This white oblong pill has the number 10 on one side; other side is scored with a lower case “n” (NOT “m”) to left of the score line and “358” to the right of the score line. What kind of a pill has the number ten on one side and the letter U and the numbers 358 on the other side? ## I think the U is really a lowercase 'n'. The one I have has 10 in the middle on one side, 358 and a score mark in the middle of the pill, and a lowercase n on the left side. oblong blue pill ## L 358 is coming up as containing 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine and 10mgs of Phenylephrine, used to treat allergy symptoms. However they are usually listed as being white. That said, the color does not actually mean anything and the manufacturer can change it as they wish, especially since this is an over the counter product. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. If anyone has other information on this tablet, please post!

I have a oblong yellow pill with Watson 358 on it, what is the strength? ## Can you please double check the marking? The closest I can find to this is a yellow, oblong tablet with WATSON over 853 on it. white caplet says M358 ## vicodin 5mg/500mg ## Pill Image Actually b has the incorrect dosage. It contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, not 5. It is a generic for Vicodin manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Here's their info page for confirmation: M 358

Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. (NDC 68382-0760) Payton, Lortab is the name brand for it. (NDC 16590-636, just one example.) However, it should be noted that it no longer contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, due to FDA action, combined medications cannot contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose.
