I have read the leaflet that came w/ my meds. Its listed as an antidepressant but was prescribed to me for insomnia. Two questions now. 1. Do I have to take it every night? 2. How worried should I be about the side effects? Frankly, I've put off taking it because I've never been diagnosed w/ depression, just insomnia & migraine. Any concise info you can provide would be great! Just speak to me like a person, not a doctor. Thanks! ## Trazadone. First off Trazadone is a cocaine withdrawal pill. And I guess it is prescribed for insomnia as well. My doctor gave it to me to help me sleep. It most definitely put me to sleep. But the bad, bad, bad thing about this medication is it stops your nose up to point where its impossible to breath. The first time I took it I knew exactly ho...

My mother took Chantix several years ago in an effort to quit smoking. Well, she quit for a year. During that time, however, she became unbearably depressed. She has no history of depression. She consulted a doctor several times and tried 3 different prescriptions, 1 of them being Zoloft. She stopped because she said they made her feel like she was just in a constant haze. She hasn't been to a doctor or a psychologist since then. In the mean time, she started smoking again because she thought that it would make the depression go away. It didn't. Because of her experience with the 3 prescriptions, she is unwilling to go back to a doctor, and dismisses any notion of going to a psychologist. Our family has pleaded with her to keep trying, even if she has to tell whoever she sees th...

I was prescribed Macrobid 4 times a day for 14 days back in June 2015. After 10 days my heart was racing , I had a headache so bad it felt like my brain was swelling. After reading some blogs and seeing what other folks were experiencing I quit taking them on day 10. I am still having severe palpitations 3 months later and feeling my heart skipping beats. Until the Macrobid I have never had this happen. I recently was put on a 24 hour heart monitor and it only worked for 14 hours before it errored. When they downloaded the recording it showed I had over 5000 incidents in the 14 hours. I'm scheduled now for an echo cardiac ultrasound in 3 days and my physician wants to put me on a low dose beta blocker. I feel nervous about the beta-blocker so am waiting til the ultrasound. My questi...

The L374 oblong white pill is generic Excedrin Migraine. I don't understand why everyone has problems looking up drugs. (And by the way, take it from an addict - you shouldn't use, hydrocodone, or any opiates or drugs at all as these can easily cause your heart to stop. Get sober and be somebody that gives back to the world). ## @RockieAnn, Thanks for taking the time to share that pill information. And just to confirm for anyone else who might be reading, this pill is in fact a generic Excedrin, containing: Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine mg (NDC 0113-0374). NOT Hydrocodone. I realize with a lot of people posting for help on identifying something, they don't always know what to type in a search field and may be thinking that it's just easier for someone ...

I used to take these pills as a child in the 60s thru 70s for allergies. does it still exist? and what are the ingredients? its a round coated green small tablet. thank you for your help sylvia ## Pyrobenzamine was prescribed for the relief of respiratory ailment. ## I was given pyrobenzamine as a kid for rose fever - I think it was in the 40's. It worked like a charm - and I only had to take 1/2 tablet (green) 2 to 6 times and the incessant sneezing, swollen, closed shut eyes, cleared up! A prescription lasted forever. Recently when I went in to ask a pharmacist about pyrobenzamine, I was looked at like I was crazy! ## Sorry, but your description will not really help much, there are no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry for colors or shapes of pills. I suffer from severe panic attacks on a daily basis. im a perfect example of a person that needs medicine and is unable to get it because of so many people abusing prescription drugs. I have such severe anxiety and panic attacks and cant find a doctor to prescribe me xanax because im only 25 and its so addicting. but what they dont understand that i should be on xanax for the rest of my life because my anxiety is so bad. So if any1 knows a doctor in the monmouth county area of new jersey that will prescribe me xanax please let me know...thank u ## Actually, part of your problem is that you are so convinced that you need that specific medication and are already insisting you will need it for life. This will automatically make doctors wary of prescribing it, because, even though you may n...

Small circle pill but thick. Easy to scrape coding off but no numbers only label ML. I found it in my older sisters room under the rug. What is it? ## Sciatica Relief (homeopathic formula) NDC: 57520-0581 Active Ingredients: - Capsicum - Citrullus Colocynthis Fruit Pulp - Magnesium Phosphate - Dibasic Trihydrate - Pseudognaphalium Obtusifolium Inactive Ingredients: - Lactose - Magnesium Stearate - Cellulose, Microcrystalline ## I have found three pills as you described; small, white, round with ML on one side & blank on the other side. I have no idea what they are. If any one does know, please tell me. I have a few friends that take a variety of things if they can & I worry that one time they are going to get something very harmful. ## Has any one yet ID'd these pills? Small...

I have been taking 10mg of olazapine daily for about 2.5 years, will my urine drug test be positive for benzodiazepines? If it is positive, can GS/MC drug test reveal the specific drug I'm taking? ## I am sorry, but yes. I went to jail last Summer for 30 days for this. I think what you are referring to is Oprazolam, or something like that. I don't remember exactly what it is called. ## Zyprexa is an antidepressant right? You should be fine. Thats the good news. Now here is the bad news: You will be fine because the GC/MS test DOES tell exactly what drug has been used. Its not like it says "Opiates" and you are cool, wether you are taking hydrocodone or oxycodone..the GC/MS knows...so I hope this helps. ## No, Olanzapine isn't known to cause a false positive for any o...

As stated above i have a history of Asthma and was given tedral as a child but am unable to find this product anymore. Can anyone asist me with its location?? ## try phamanabolics . net about €1 per tab .. reliable , always arrives !! ## During junior and high school, I experienced fairly chronic asthma but I was able to participate in jv and varsity football and track, lettering in both. By my mid twenties, the asthmatic symptoms had all but vanished. Now in my early sixties, I am still physically active (running, bicycling, weight training & cross-country skiing), and the asthma has returned to some degree. Over the past five years or so, I have been prescribed various inhalers (Advair, Symbicort, Albuterol, etc) which have had little or no effect. In my experien...

About a month or so after starting 10mg of Atorvastatin I began to feel some congestion on the right side of my throat and the pill was sticking to that side of my throat and felt like it was tarting to dissolve there instead of continuing to move down my throat. I had to start taking applesauce to clear it. I have not had a problem before this and when I take larger gel capsule supplements they go down and do not stick. I am wondering if it is the Atorvastatin that has created this issue for the last 2 1/2 months? I went to see my throat doctor and some swelling was visible.

Can taking debendox result in humans developing behavioural disorders that are cyclic in the way they present.my daughter (35yrs old now) can appear quite normal for weeks at a time then she will exhibit borderline pshchotic behaviour then after a few days she will be OK again. ## This contains Pyridoxine and Doxylamine, it isn't used in the U.S., so I have to admit my information on it is limited. Hello all, I am fairly healthy besides my weight. Usually consume about 1600 calories daily. Workout 3x a week or more. Started Wegovy two days ago... I'm drinking the same amount of water... ## I was wondering if anyone is discovering that Wegovy is not what they thought it was for weight loss? I have been on this for going on 12 weeks. I just injected my last 1 mg syringe. I will titration up next week. I started at 164 and am only down to 154 - so 10 pounds in about 12 weeks. I am 5 feet tall. I am having all the gastric stuff, slight nausea, constipation. I just thought if I put in the work (walking at least 6,000 steps a day, eating well) I would have lost more wei...

So I've been getting my 5 and 10 mg diazepam or valium always the watson/activas/reva/ mayne pharma ones which 5mg: are dan 9425 5 and 10mg: 5620 DAN 10 but I just picked up my 5mgs and they no longer say DAN on them. They are identical to watson dans except where it used to say DAN it now says myx 9425 5 OR 10. Hi I'm on 118 mg of methadone and I was just prescribed 100 mg of doxycycline. Since I've started taking this combination I have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms. About 30 minutes after I take my antibiotic I start getting leg cramps, sneezed and about a hour after i take it I'm on the toilet with the diarrhea. I don't know if its an effect of taking both or just the antibiotic ## Hello Dee, According to the NIH drug interaction checker there should be no issue with taking these two medications together. It's possible that the doxycycline is causing these problems. Among the listed side effects of docycycline diarrhea is one of them as well as mild discomfort but it doesn't specify which type of discomfort. I think that your leg cramping up is a pretty decen...

I was prescribed Dilaudid 2mg every 6 hours as needed for pain after being in the hospital for 5 days getting it through an IV every 2 hours as needed.... The pills I was prescribed were 4mg and I cut them in half.... Am I at serious risk if I take a whole pill for severe pain??? I am embarassed to ask my doctor in fear that he will think I am an addict trying to get a cheap high. This is not the case however. I actually am not a fan of taking pills at all, not even tylenol. The pain is almost unbearable. What do I do??? ## 4mgs is not a dangerous dose, though it is really strong and if you aren't used to taking medications, it will probably hit you very hard and you'll experience more of the side effects. Since it is a potent narcotic, they can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizz...

I started a suboxone program 6 weeks ago. My level dose is 8mg films/tid. I also take adderall ir 15mg/tid (that was prescribed by my psychiatrist, years ago). My sub dr. wants me to get off the adderall & I agree. So he’s started me on bupropion xl/150mg; which, I started today. Took it this morning, along with all my other meds. I was told the bupropion xl works similar to adderall? As far as increasing dopamine receptors, with a slight stimulant & eventually help the brain function without using such harmful & addictive medication. As I said, I started today & I feel like I’ve been given a sedative! I can't keep my eyes open! It’s doing the opposite! My questions: Has anyone taken this combo before? Does it work? My grandmother, mother, and myself have used Save The Baby on our children's as a warm chest rub. I would put a T-shirt on them. I have also rubbed it on my husband's and my chest over our lung area front and back then wore a T-shirt to bed. No matter how sick with a cold or congestion we were, we would sleep through the night. What was really great about this chest rub is that it never got you cold. I found these pills of my Husbands. They are white triangular with the letters GP on one side then it is scored (a line) on the other. ## Okay, this one took A LOT of hunting to find. It is made by Geneza Pharmaceuticals. Almost all of their pills are triangular and marked with a GP, the only way to tell the difference is by the color. The white tablets are 50mgs Clomiphene. This is normally prescribed for women to help with infertility issues, however, men have been known to use it to block the effects of Estrogen in their bodies and increase the levels of Testosterone they produce.
