my wife is diabetic. she had the 3 synvisc injections one week apart. after the second injection her blood sugar dropped by about 20%. after the third shot her blood sugar dropped another 20%. she takes 1 injection of lantus per day. she has had to reduce this by 75%. we cant find any information on synvisc changing a persons blood sugar level and dont know if the events are related ## I've done more searching and so far, I've found one mention of another women having low blood sugar after starting Synvisc, but she had quite a few health problems going on, so it was never actually definitively tied to this medication. what is cockscomb? is it the same as Synvisc? ## Based on my research, there are no medications that have the name "cockscomb".
