Naftifine OverviewNaftifine (brand name Exoderil) is an allylamine antifungal drug for the topical treatment of tinea pedis, tinea cruris, and tinea corporis (fungal infections). Naftifine has triple action: antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.
