Hyoscyamine (also known as daturine) is a tropane alkaloid. It is a secondary metabolite found in certain plants of the family Solanaceae, including henbane (Hyoscyamus niger), mandrake (Mandragora officinarum), jimsonweed (Datura stramonium), tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) and deadly nightshade (Atropa belladonna). Does Anyone Else Use Levsinex

I have had severe bouts of diarhhea, bloating, and gas for over a month. I have done a lot of reading about this on the Internet and think I may have irritable bowel syndrome. I have seen a GI and am having an endoscopy/colonoscopy on 10/19. When I saw her she would not prescribe anything for me and the episodes have become more frequent. A friend of mine who is a nurse said I should call the GI and tell her I can't live like this until she gets does the endoscopy/colonoscopy. She said I should ask her to call in a script for Levsinex capsules.
