Hello, I'm interested in trying leptoprin/leptopril but have a low platelet count for reasons the hematologist cannot determine. Are there any ingredients that would act as blood thinners in this drug? Thank you ## This is not a drug, it is an over the counter supplement that's claimed, but not proven, to aid in weight loss.
