Eteplirsen OverviewEteplirsen (Exondys 51, Sarepta Therapeutics Inc.), also called AVI-4658, is a drug designed for treatment, but not a cure, of some mutations that cause Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a genetic degenerative muscle disease.
