Dexpanthenol Overview

Panthenol (also called pantothenol) is the alcohol analog of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), and is thus a provitamin of B5. In organisms it is quickly oxidized to pantothenic acid. Adrenal Exhaustion

This particular b vitamin stands alone for its ability to support adrenal exhaustion/ dysfunction. Along with choline and mannitol, it makes my chiari 1 malformation with partially empty sella tolerable. ## Thanks for posting this information, I am sure it will be helpful to many other people with similar health conditions.
