Sugammadex, sold by Merck & Co., Inc. (USA) under the brand name Bridion, is a medication for the reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium and vecuronium[2][4] in general anaesthesia. It is the first selective relaxant binding agent (SRBA).
