Bevespi Aerosphere Reviews

I was just given this relatively new drug today called Bevespi Aerosphere. I have stage 4 emphysema. Wondering if anyone taking this inhaler can comment either for or against this drug? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dry mouth, and cough. How is it working for you?
