Olmesartan medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist which is used for the treatment of high blood pressure. It was developed by Sankyo in 1995, and is sold under the trade name Benicar, among others. sinus problems and coughing due to blood pressure medications

Cannot tolerate ACE inhibitors (24 hrs of coughing) nor calcium channel blockers (little help; leg swelling). On Benicar HCT and have persistent sinus problems and coughing that do not respond to allergy or sinus medications. Doc insists that the benicar is not the reason! Anyone else had this problem?
