I've been working a regular night shift since January, but in the day time I have not been getting sleep so i started to take zolfresh 5mg per day before sleeping and it is not working effectively. Since i can't get good sleep during the day my manager is always telling me to rest. What shall i do?

Not all medications work for everyone that tries them. The NIH lists the typical side effects for this one as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, hallucinations, and sleep actions.

Have you tried any others? Have you consulted a doctor? What is your normal sleep pattern? Do you ingest a lot of caffeine and sugar each day?
