Did she experience any adverse effects?

This is a muscle relaxant and the FDA warns that an overdose of it may cause shallow breathing, lowered heart rate, low blood pressure, extreme dizziness, and extreme drowsiness.

Any time you worried about the health of a child, in such a situation, you should contact their doctor, poison control, or your nearest emergency services department.
