No, the nomenclature clearly reads 44 372. Am presuming it is an off batch.

I also just found this same pill in my daughters backpack. I have NO idea were she got it and was looking for information before she gets home from school to talk to her about it.

This is a Mucus Relief pill. Acetaminophen 325mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg, Phenylephrine HCl 5mg. Don't worry, if you found this its prob because she was feeling sick and brought some to school to relieve symptoms. The only thing to worry about recreationally is Dextromethorphan but 10mg isn't gonna do anything. Also, because its mixed with other medication its pretty much useless. If you find empty bottles of long acting Robotussin Cough, or 12hr delsym cough relief. Taking a full bottle causes hallucinations and other 'entertaining' side affects. Your daughter is in the clear :)

I can also confirm that the pill with the 44 372 imprint is indeed a Mucus relief complete tablet with the combination of ingredients that Maressa described in her reply.

Mucus Relief Complete belongs to the drug class "upper respiratory combinations" and is used in the treatment of cold symptoms and influenza (flu virus).
