I found yellow capsules in my son's room with no markings on them, but with tiny yellow balls inside. What could it be? Should be worried?

If it's Adderall or Ritalin, a lot of people will take the capsules apart and abuse them for recreational use with the little beads that are inside. They also go for money on the streets.

Hello Adora,

Unfortunately without having an imprint on them it is nearly impossible to tell you what the contents of the pill is. Sine the pill is not imprinted it is likely that it is either a supplement/vitamin or an illegal substance. What you are describing sounds a lot like the Stimfree vitamin/supplement capsules that I purchased a while ago so perhaps you could take a look at that and see if it matches. They come in colored capsules with white beads inside of a clear liquid.

You can always take the pill to your local pharmacy to see if they will analyze the contents for you, otherwise you can simply drop the pill off at your local drug drop off at any hospital or pharmacy.

I hope this helps.

Re: L (# 1)

Adoral can be in a pill form or a capsule. I am prescribed it and I’ve had both forms . The capsule is yellow and has little beads but with no marking it’s really hard to say if that is it or something else .
