Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be called Trinessa; which is a combination of Ethinyl Estradiol (0.035 mg) + Norgestimate (0.250 mg), that is an orally bio-active estrogen used in almost all modern formulations of combined oral contraceptive pills (the Pill).
