Withdrawal Symptoms Of Nexito Plus

Hi,

I am having anxity/panic attack. Last 2 years i am taking nexito plus. I want to stop it. How do i stop it. I am not able to stop. If i stop immediately i am facing the following issue.
1. Head backside heavily paining.
2. I am loosing vision.
3. Not able to concentrate anything.
4. Feeling heart beat pulpitation.
5. Not able to sleep.

Please advise.I want to stop this medicine.
