Will Xanax And Valium Show Up As The Same In A Urine Screen Test

i have my normal 3 month urine screen test at my pain management doc tomorrow and i ran out of the perscibed Valium and started taking my mothers Xanax to prevent panic attacks. Will the doc be able to tell the difference in my urine screening their doing tomorrow?

Absolutely....YES!..they are both benzodiazopines!!..they are both the same drug but different names basically!!!

I am prescribed Xanax but also took a Valium. Will a 10 panel lab urine test differentiate between the two or will they both show up as benzos?

Unless your Dr. Is using a highly sophisticated and expensive test, which is highly unlikely, you will just test positive for benzodiazepines. Not differentiating each one specifically.

They all show up the same at the pain clinic i go to they're all the same family and almost all test short of a lab just shows that.benzod.not specifying the different types and names.
