No, Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone, which has a different chemical structure, so both it and its metabolites would be different from those of Morphine, in the body.
Even though they are both narcotics and in the same family, the tests should show them as different substances.

Okay, let me see if I can cover most of these questions, without having to make several posts. If I do miss anything, please feel free to post and let me know.
Narcotic pain medications, except for Methadone, are usually detectable for approximately 4 days in your urine after taking them.
Methadone is usually detectable for 5 days.
However, as I stated in my other post, there is no precise time frame, because there are many factors that can cause variations, such as your own metabolism, fluid intake, overall health, activity levels, other medications and etc.
False positives are always possible on non-certified tests, however, in theory a drug should show up as exactly what the active ingredient is, which means Percocet would show as Oxycodone, Lortab as Hydrocodone and so on.

Now, as to the Xanax, that contains the active ingredient Alprazolam, which is a Benzodiazepine and these can be very problematic for drug testing, because they can be detected for as long as 6 weeks, after use.
However, just like I stated above, there are other factors that come into play, so the time frame can vary.
