There are several different formulations available in the US that carry these ingredients, over the counter. Both name brand and generics or store brands.

The main issue, however, will be finding all 4 of them. The FDA doesn't tend to like the combining of Phenylephrine with Caffeine, since they can both have similar effects on the human body. Such as raising blood pressure and accelerating the heart rate.

If you look on this page, you'll see a list of many different products available:

http://www.prescriptiondrug-info.com/Drugs/Acetaminophen_Chlorpheniramine_Phenylephrine_.asp?ShowAllInChem#Chems

However, they don't include the caffeine.

What you may need to do, if the caffeine is absolutely necessary, though as just a stimulant, I am not sure why it is, other than to help with headache, is pick up something that contains the Acetaminophen, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine and then the caffeine separately.

Are you under a doctor's care? Have you talked to them about possibly finding an equivalent?
