My son has a brain injury post 17 years has been on baclofin 20 mg once a day can this suddenly make him have confusion paranoia hallucinations ? His prescription of this pill was a little larger than before could it be he is allergic to an inactive ingredient from another manufacture or could it be 20percent different from different manufacture say 40 percent actually

Hello, Benita! How is your son doing? Has there been any change?

Those are not normal side effects of an average dose of this medication, according to FDA reports. They typically include nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth.

Is he on any other medications?
