White Round Pill With R7 Imprint

I found a large off white pill with the imprint of r7 on one side and nothing on the other side. Anyone know what this is?

Although I don't remember the brand I happen to have a few of these in my pocket right now, and these large white pills stamped r7 are actually antacids, mint flavored, chewable.
