Hi Nydia,

From what I could gather, a white round pill with the letter "M" over a dividing line and "3" underneath, reportedly contains 100mgs of Metoprolol succinate ER.

This medication is indicated for use in treating hypertension.

According to NIH.gov, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 55111-468 and is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.

I hope this helps!
