Is the RP 10 325 pill comprised of layers on the RP side that start to peel off? The other side is fine and not peeling.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) about this?

Just for verification, the imprint implies that it's a generic Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg) tablet, with a National Drug Code of 42858-104.

Unfortauntely, my findings only go so far as mentioning the list of inactive ingredients:
Silicon Dioxide
Magnesium Stearate
Povidone K30
Crospovidone
Corn Starch
Stearic Acid
Water

Judging from the image therein I'd speculate that it has some sort of coating with a mild glossy or matte finish.
