I found a round white pill with 20 on one side and 11-37 on the other side

This tablet actually contains 20mgs of Escitalopram, the active ingredient in Lexapro, it is an SSRI antidepressant. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes and dry mouth.

I need to get on some kind of Benzo. I suffer from P.T.S.D. and have severe nighmares. However, I am a recovering addict and the psychiatrist won't prescribe them. I only use them for sleep.. Believe it or not.

Yea I have the same problem, I don't know where you are from but if you go to Queens you can find some "anxiety specialists" usually around Chinatown where the people are a little more relaxed about that stuff. It is crazy that in almost every other civilized country you can buy alprazolam OTC but here it's a drug that you can get in serious trouble for possessing. The cops and the gov't don't understand that they cannot arrest their way out of the drug problem and by making things like marijuana and alprazolam (xanax) legal to possess in small doses they would be decreasing the crime rate and saving the country billions if not trillions of dollars. Look at portugal, they have a super low crime rate, the cops don't carry guns, and it is legal to possess anything there. America is supposed to lead the way, but we seem to seriously be dragging ass on this topic because the timber companies and basically every industry that gives money to big brother are afraid of what hemp could do. They treat us like children, I thought this was the land of the free. I take xanax because I have crippling anxiety attacks. I can't get a prescription because of my drug history so now we have all these people who have legit reasons to be medicated but the Dr.'s are too afraid to get sued so they refuse to prescribe. This is essentially an industrial scale criminal creation machine. Ridiculous...
