I have these pills in my jar of CVS pharmacy chest congestion relief. It's suppose to be 400 mg guaifensin and 20mg dextromehorphan. However, in the save jar I found other pills with TCL 280 that have also been identified as guaifensin... go figure!

@Lori,

The closest match I can find based on the description provided, is Kalydeco (ivacaftor) 150 mg.

Kalydeco is used in the treatment of cystic fibrosis and belongs to the drug class CFTR potentiators. It is a blue capsule/oval shape pill with V 150 on one side and nothing on the other. Maybe the pill you have is the same medication, just manufactured by a different company?

I hope this helps!
