Located a match for 44291, it's Ibuprofen 200 mg, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (N-SAID) originally marketed as Brufen, and since then under various other trademarks (see tradenames section), most notably Nurofen, Advil and Motrin. It is used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component.

Located a match for 06 012 D, it's Allegra-D (active ingredients fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine) which is an over the counter allgery medication.
