Corepharma lists the tablet with COR over 124 as being pale yellow and containing 2.5mgs of Glyburide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes, by helping to lower blood sugar. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, diarrhea, and hypoglycemia.

The tablet the M 124 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 40mgs of Olmesartan, which is most commonly used to help lower blood pressure, and to treat certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
