Can't identify a pill I have. It's oval, cream colored, with D on one side and 63 on the other side. Please help me.

This tablet is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 500mgs of Clarithromycin, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat or prevent various types of bacterial infections.
