Updated

Found this pill that says n358 on one side and 10 on the other. What is it? I don't know if it is a lortab or not.

Re: captainhook (# 5) Expand Referenced Message

No. And they are not brand name lortab or norco. As neither one of these are made anymore. They are generic hydrocodone. They do not work. Mallinckrodt and Lupin are the only 2 generic brands you can get and they both cause me fatigue nausea and do not work because of added ingredients. The 10/325 is actually only 7/325 plus fillers. The FDA and companies that make them won’t do anything about it. They don’t care and the main reason they are CHEAP for pharmacies to obtain. So if you have real chronic pain like I do then you will live in pain. My quality of life is terrible.

Re: Tbaby78 (# 17) Expand Referenced Message

They are very low quality produced medication. Seems the supplier adds more powder that is there just to give enough to form the pill. Seems like are very weak and have a chalky taste unlike other form of hydros I have received. I rate these a 2 out of a 10.

Re: captainhook (# 5) Expand Referenced Message

No, these are the worst kind I have ever been prescribed. They are poorly manufactured and you can tell that by the look and pain relief that it does not give like others do. I have to chew my pills because they get stuck in my throat and this pill taste chalky like there is much medication being used. I recommend you go to a different pharmacy that has better quality meds. Personal I think HEB pharmacy always has the highest quality brands of medicine. Hope this helps.

Re: Patrol Sergeant 1badass cop (# 34) Expand Referenced Message

You’re a f***ing idiot with poor grammar. They know their kid shouldn’t have it! Why else do you think that they’re online trying to learn by data-mining websites and databases instead of using the internet to anonymously express judgment in an attempt to compensate for self-hatred and low self-esteem due to an exceptionally low level of intellect, found clearly evident in the day-to-day use of unintelligible written language and poor grammar? These are rhetorical questions. You are obviously an incredibly stupid person. So, I’m going to help you to understand what to do with rhetorical questions.

*****Don’t forget the Rule*****

The one and only Rule for Rhetorical Questions:

Under absolutely no circumstances, whatsoever, should you ever answer a rhetorical question.

Okay, hope this helps!

Re: Lexxi (# 38) Expand Referenced Message

No, there shouldn't be an unusually large space between those numbers from what I've seen. It should look "normal" like what you'd expect if that makes sense.

Re: Kimberly (# 11) Expand Referenced Message

They ain’t worth a crap! Doesn’t help with pain and causes stomach pain and nausea. The N358 10’s are worthless. Changing pharmacies and have no taste at all

Re: grah (# 3) Expand Referenced Message

It’s a generic Norco. It’s an opiate. Also sold under the brand name Lortab. Unless he’s had an abscessed tooth or something with similar level of pain, he shouldn’t have it.

So your one of the ones perpetuating this so called opioid scourge. Your children should absolutely not have access. Maybe someone should report you to children services. Maybe I'll do it!

Re: Jamie (# 24) Expand Referenced Message

I filled an Rx at my pharmacy, and this is what I got. SO weak. I brought my Rx back to the pharmacy to ask them if they had a different generic instead. So, I had to instead bring the pills to my prescribing doctor. They counted them, and wrote a new Rx. The pharmacy by then had the yellow smaller generics in stock. The difference in quality, as far as effectively relieving severe pain, was extreme.

I hope people who were unhappy with this generic complained, so the pharmacies wont order this one anymore.

Re: Tbaby78 (# 17) Expand Referenced Message

The Taste and Texture... 80% of illicit pills are stamped now days. I got addicted to Lortab & Percocet about 15 years ago... I had bad pain in my ribs where I cracked 2 @ a Nirvana concert.. Long story but I'll make it as short as I can...

As you know, you eventually take one more, then 2 ... hell I think I would wake up and take 6 x 10 mg percocet to start my day and get to looking for more pills... Well, when I hit the bottom and sold or pawned all my good belongings... This was me and my fiance @ the time.. He would not work picking up quarters on the halves if you get my drift.. So I decided I am not going to let us live off my disability check... We sold our place and I went into rehab..

Well, my withdrawal was so bad they gave me 3 x 10 mg Methadone pills and I was like "omg that works!!!" Well come to find out they were promoting a clinic they were fixing to open like 5 blocks from my house... I had never taken methadone and they made it sound like you are gonna make it... Well, 13 years later and I am on something worse than I went in to get off of.. But if you ARE and addict and can admit it.. The one thing I can say about Methadone is that it does work 100% and it keeps you from worrying every day or every other day about your next pill and if it is even real?

Doctors can write you methadone pills and wean you off, and there is also Suboxone.. I have never taken it but I hear it works well too.. But if you are in actual pain.. Methadone helps with that. BUT FAIR WARNING : Methadone is the worst thing I have ever tried to quit.. In fact, my Dr's say NO it will kill me but I have some heath issues.. Please be careful buying illegally people... Most of it is fake... I live in a small town and I heard they busted the Xanax bar operation. BUT someone else has a stamp... ?

Yeah I got the same thing, they are very chalky looking almost to the point if you keep rubbing your finger across it you could make all markings seemingly disappear and they break easy and almost dissolve in your mouth

Re: HimsLuv (# 27) Expand Referenced Message

Are some of the 10’s imprinted on the pill upside down and others right side up? Meaning if the “n” is facing you, and you flip them all the same way, do some of them show “1 0” and others show “0 1?” I asked my pharmacist but she had no idea what I was talking about and wasn’t much help. Just said, “they are filled here so they are fine. Imprints are handled by the manufacturer.”

Gee thanks. Lol.

My Husband and I are currently taking these as our new prescription. We got them from our usual CVS pharmacy. We usually get the Watson. These are very chalky, break easily, somewhat powdery. BUT, they WORK for both of us. His pain is a lot worse than mine. He is in construction. And he only needs one instead of the extra one every morning. PLUS we both feel that it has a powerful wake you up kick to it. I find that the help has lasted as long as the Watson. No messed up Head ache/Pressure feeling like other brands. No mood swings or Britchy Attitude like I have experience with other brands.i did notice it has affected my appetite, I am not as hungry and munching. My husband’s appetite has not been affected. He is still eating like it’s his last meal! We are both AOK with this new med.
