Well I think it is one of 2 possibilities:

1. Naprelan 550 mg extended release (Naproxen). Anti-Inflammatory Pain reliever like Aleve. W 902 is an old marking for this pill.

- OR -

2. Captopril 12.5 mg for treating high blood pressure.

Do either of these sound familiar?

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Naprelan 500; the equivalent of Naproxen sodium (550 mg). Captopril would be a possibility except that it is a round pill and you mentioned that it is oval, as is the Naproxen pill I found.

Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used for the reduction of moderate to severe pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness.
