From what I could gather, someone in another discussion thread here was able to identify it as Percogesic, which is said to be used as a mild to moderate pain reliever. [1]
It appears that there are multiple formulations for Percogesic:
The original contains Magnesium Salicylate Tetrahydrate 580mg (NDC 63029-051, equivalent to 467 mg of Magnesium Salicylate Anhydrous), whereas a reformulated version contains Acetaminophen + Diphenhydramine (NDC 63029-049).
Either way, both are indicated for pain relief, but you may want to verify this with a local pharmacist just to be sure.

I found a white oblong pill with the imprint PER on one side and BR on the other, I seen that someone posted about finding the same pill a couple of months ago and it was supposedly Percogesic pill, however, I have googled images of said pill and still have not found an image of this pill, can someone please help a girl out!
