White Oblong Pill With L583 On One Side

Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. Are these Tylenol?

I found pills meeting that description in my container of Kirkland Acetaminophen 650 mg. (Arthritis Pain relief) pills.

From what I understand all of the imprints with "L" followed by three digits (e.g. L484, L583, etc) are indicative of various over-the-counter products; often manufactured by LNK International Inc.

As far as the pill identity is concerned, it could be Acetaminophen as post #1 suggested, but I just came across a Kirkland Acetaminophen 650mg pill with a National Drug Code of 63981-544 that bears an imprint: L544 as opposed to L583.

The NDC code points to a brand called "Kirkland Signature Arthritis Pain". These one's are reportedly distributed by Perrigo as a product for Costco (under the Kirkland brand), but they don't list the manufacturer. Maybe just to stir up confusion? LOL.
