Hi Liz,

I believe I have identified your pill as 500 mg of Acetaminophen manufactured by Kroger with a National Drug Code of 30142-0484.

Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) is classified as a mild analgesic. It is commonly used for the relief of headaches and other minor aches and pains and is a major ingredient in numerous cold and flu remedies. In combination with opioid analgesics, paracetamol can also be used in the management of more severe pain such as post-surgical pain and providing palliative care in advanced cancer patients.

Though acetaminophen is used to treat inflammatory pain, it is not generally classified as an NSAID because it exhibits only weak anti-inflammatory activity.is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen Details

This pill is made by watson pharmaceuticals. It is the only watson pill without the watson print labeled on it. This is oxycodone 10mgs and acetametaphen 325mgs. This form of watsons oxycodone was released on June 2nd 2014. I am a pain managment dr. We write these for people who have moderate to severe pain. Dr Bedrick.

My doctor prescribed this and I'm told it was a narcotic? Is it Lortab? It is a white oblong tablet that has L484 stamped on it.

Re: Nikki C (# 6)

It’s just Acetaminophen. Tylenol. It has no abuse potential so do not worry.

My question is, what kind of pill is L484 or 1484? Is it a narcotic?
