I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find a listing for anything that matches this description.

Where was it found? I think it may be an over the counter product and some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

It's a menstrual relief pill. 500mg of acetaminophen, 60mg of caffeine, and 15mg of pyrilamine maleate.
