White Capsule With No Markings

the bottle says hydrocodone bitartrate cyclobenzaprine hcl on it. 5/ 5mg.

What is this?

As to the original poster, since that is not a standard medication that's available in the U.S., there is a chance it was special ordered by someone's doctor and created for them by a compounding pharmacy. They frequently use unmarked capsules. The FDA warns that, if those are the ingredients it contains, it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Gary, most Ibuprofen comes in tablet form. Do you know anything else about it, such as its origins?
