White Buprenorphine Round 460 (Page 2)

So I went to the pharmacy yesterday to get my script and they told me they were out but they would have more tomorrow. When I picked my script up it wasn't what I normally get. They told me it was a generic but I have never seen them before and I have been in treatment for years now. I have tried looking them up but can't find any reviews or anything really on them. Has anyone ever gotten these? And do they work as good as the 54 411? Also it is kind of minty which reminded me of suboxone and I'm not prescribed suboxone.

There not kicking people off subutex... Maybe your doctor or area is but it's not a happening to everyone who is on subutex because they are allergic to naloxone. CVS did order me the west ward brand but I'll have to go in every month ahead of time and have her order it for me for now anyway. The sun brand is awful I'm sorry if your the 1% of people who say they like it but I've been on these meds for 12 years and sun was prob the worst brand close to hi tech. Teva used to make a really good Subutex generic that was close to as good as the name brand but it was low priority and was put on long term back order. I had terrible side effects when I was on Suboxone and I would rather go to a methadone clinic than feel sick every day on Suboxone.

The 460 are awful. Switch pharmacies, and stop spreading misinformation about tapering/switching to suboxone. If anything the pills are the gold standard, and Congress has banned other implantable long term methods in favor of Subs. Most places switched because Sun Pharma is cheaper, and they just got approval to manufacture the pills. I will say, though, that they were on a recent FRA ban list, though, and what you can do in the meantime is report them as ineffective. There's an awful good chance that they have too little buprenorphine in them. Sun Pharma has been plagued with issues, but their practices are what makes them dirt cheap.

I just tried these recently. I normally get the Roxanne 54-411 ones which I prefer above any others.. I just got the 460s temporarily and I do NOT like them At all!!!! Idk what it is but I don't like em... even gave them a fair shot and tried them over a few days and NOPPE

Also just wanna say these stories ab them not making the 54-411 isn't true lol I get them every month no issue... asked my clinic and they said they've never heard such things. They ONLY give out the Roxanne brand at my clinic sooo

There is no naxolone in subutex only suboxone. Subutex is 8mg of bupe. Suboxone is 8mg of bupe and 2 mg of nox to deter people from getting high while on a maintenance program.

I just went to the pharmacy to pick up my buprenorphine 8 mg and they gave me a round white pill with a 460 on one side. I usually get the oval orange tablet with a 153 on one side and half-moon on the other side. What's the difference?

I've been on Subtuex for over 2 years and have had every brand there is. Until I got the Sun 460's, the only brand that did not work well for me was the Hi-Tech tiny 8mg pills. These 460's seem to have a VERY short life span and I stay tired on them. I am prescribed only 8mg a day now, which I take 2mg at wake up, 2mg after breakfast, 2mg after lunch and 2mg after dinner. (I began splitting up my doses when I first got on Subutex because it seemed to work great in the morning but wear off in the afternoon)
Normally, I just take my meds on schedule, but with the 460's my body is actually craving another dose well before the last dose should have worn off.

Also on a side note, it seems no matter what brand I take, if I take a nap after dosing, I wake up feeling as if I've not had my dose that day. (Which is why I no longer nap lol)

Heather is right. There is no naloxone in them. You wont go through WD if u take tge 460 before going through full WD like u would with suboxone. I like the 460 subutex actually

Heather is right. There is no naloxone in the 460 and you wont go thru pre-med WDs if u take the 460. Not saying to use , judt stating a fact. Also, i like the 460s and dont get butning in my mouth or anything. They do make me drowsy as hell, but that will pass once u get used to them. I like them tbh.

Duude! I thought i was only one. U can dose then sleep 2 hrs n wake up sick. Thank u man! Thought i was only one im getting alot euphoria n warmth off the 460s after being on 54 411 rox for years. These (so far) feel BETTER to me. The hi techs are indeed garbage tho. Il keep yall updated. So far i enjoy these Sun 460s n i feel no diff. Only maybe a lil better. I havnt got a slight euphoria off subs in yrs on 54 411s n 8 arrows [hi tech] till these 460s. I get 60 8mgs a month. 2mg has me hungry. Feeling good n euphoric! Im in south NJ.

I too was getting the 411/8 mg, two times a day. My pharmacy just informed me that they are out of those and are switching me to the 460s. It’s good to hear that they do work. And I’m OK with the possible sleepiness because They replaced the clonazepam that I usually take with green Teva . They are so not effective for me. I take them for seizures and anticipatory anxiety and Ménière’s disease. But I have had problems in the past with blue and green dyes in medications. They always seem not to be as effective. It feels like I am on nothing at all. But good to hear about the 460s. I have gotten so used to the 411 brand that I have taken for years and most patients are very brand specific. When they find one that works they do not like to switch. Thank you for that information.

Hey, a couple years back I was prescribed suboxone and the only place I could fill was at a PUBLIX. And they always only carried the ones with the 460 on them, the ones by Sun. I hated these. They were big, hard and tasted like s***. But I didn't notice any minty flavor. The only sub that I had that was minty was the Zubsolv and they were tiny and came in weird mg. As far as the best suboxone, I believe they are the Roxanne brand 54/411. So I hope that helped add to the debate.

Yes I normally get the 54 411s and the pharmacy just gave me these 4 60 and I'm taking twice as many because they do not work I mean I'm literally having to sweats and cravings and I've been on Subutex for years and I've been on all of the different manufacturers and the little tiny white ones do not work and these I've never seen before and they do not work either

I got the same ones me and my husband have been on this for a few years and we usually get the RP white ones they said they are changing there Brandes witch I've never seen these ones the qhite 460 makes me wonder why they stopped giving us what they always have
