Hi Shroom,
Would you describe the C as being a logo of some sort, or just a normal looking capitol C?
As of yet, the closest match I'm seeing on the internet is a white oblong pill with "300" on one side and blank on the other. But no sign of the letter "C" next to it. This particular tablet contains 300mgs of Quetiapine Fumarate; marketed for its use in treating schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, & depression.
Also, depending on where you found them, they could potentially be something that originated from another country outside of the US. Reason I say this is because it is usually fairly easy to identify US-based pharmaceutical meds. And to see nothing of the sort come up on popular search engines makes me wonder if it was made overseas.
Does anyone else recognize this pill as being something different?
The C was not a logo. It was a Capitol C. There was no scoring and the back was blank. I was not able to find anything on the Internet either.
It seems were both on the same page as far as not finding any specific details on the internet. I've exhausted every resource I could think of for identifying pills. And this leads me back to one of a few options that it may be:
1). foreign (not made within the US)
2). dietary supplement
3). over-the-counter med
4). discontinued med
5). counterfeit
6). illicit
I know that's a pretty broad spectrum of possibilities, but I'd like to keep this thread going to see if anyone else can chime in with additional feedback or thoughts on what they believe it to be… Thanks for bearing with me and sorry I couldn't be of further assistance.
Could this be a Tylenol w/ Codiene pill sold in Canada? Formerly dispensed in pharmacies in Canada without the need for a prescription, and no longer sold? I seem to remember something like this, sold in bottles of 100 each, from a trip to Canadian side of Niagara Falls approx. 2010 +/- ?

Re: Sam S (# 4)
Tylenol w/ Codeine, from Canada. That is exactly correct. Why modern pill identifiers don't have this in their databases is inexplicable.
