Which Is Stronger Oxycodone 5 325mg Vs Ibuprofen 600

Hi was prescribe both and my pain is pretty low now and I just want to take the lesser of the two when needed. Thank you

The Oxycodone with Acetaminophen 5/325 is the strongest, since the Oxycodone is an opiate narcotic. Ibuprofen, as classified by the FDA, is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

The Oxycodone with Acetaminophen carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.

Ibuprofen may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

The oxycodone is a very strong narcotic for moderate to severe pain. The ibuprophen is very mild and is also over the counter at your pharmacy. In much higher strength the Ibuprophen is still a RX . It is very much weaker than oxycodone .

Listen to the advice of a 17 year opiate dependent veteran…as appealing as it is to get that “euphoric” feeling from the oxycodone, I promise you on my grandparents graves, the Oxy will send you down a very deep dark path where you will seriously smack the absolute worst parts of hell, praying to the almighty to either save you or just let you die. Because the withdrawals, the crash, and the bottom are three stops on your way to eternal damnation. When taking norco for pain it will never let it’s grasp on you go. If you can imagine trying to climb out of hell with cut and gashed open fingers..fingers that have been smashed beyond all recognition, with nobody there to help pull you out….that is what it feels like to get off oxycodone and other opioid pain relievers. After you get hooked and find that none of those doctors who promised to always be by your side and support your getting off them are absolutely NOWHERE TO BE FOUND
