I doubt very much that you can just purchase this medication since it is a toxic cancer med. You have to have a special type of prescription to get it filled. If your relative is not in the country I doubt this could happen. Sometimes though, doctors are able to collaberate between the countries and work it out. Have you thought of talking to your family doctor who could then speak to an oncologist, who could talk to your relative's doctor in Indonesia?

Otherwise, many of these meds are widely available, for doctor's or hospitals to purchase from various manufacturers, if it is permitted in the country in question, they can ship it there, at the docs request. Your best bet is to do an online search under the med name, see if it pulls up any sites that offer it in their product catalogs for medical professionals, you can the provide the company info to your relative and their doc, if it can be sold and used there.
